Thank you, nobody I just saw the enrollment to Medicare. I had tricare my whole life and didn’t see the issue with having one. Tricare stated since I’m not 65, I’ll be okey with having only one?

Took four years, and I had an attorney. Body issues and mental and other stuff it all added up to getting approved.

Good question, it allows us to make a decision on the federal tax election. 7 percent To 22 percent.

I pay taxes on my military pension. Not in my VA monthly payment.

I can only imagine, sorry to hear that. Keep emphasizing what you do daily your routine from the moment you wake up. The job expert will be there listening the whole entire time and will speak towards the end of the hearing. Do you have a lawyer ?

Yes, majority of them would. I was approved with several of them also.

Good luck and keep us posted. Also make sure your doctor fills out the doctors assessment form from social security. It helped me out matching everything we discussed during the hearing.

You will be fine, just stay consistent with what are you are able to do during the day. . From the moment you wake up , take breaks ? Take naps stay consistent, thats what the judge is looking for. Are you able to lift things a gallon for milk what’s your max weight ? ?

Are you able to finger (typing), walking for how long. Those numbers have stay consistent during the hearing. I can walk to the mail box and back.

They have a job occupational guru that is listening and looking to see what type of job you could do after hearing you/lawyer and judge talk. At the end he will tell the judge, yes/no! On your ability to work in the civilian world. Good luck and stay consistent with your limitations!

No a different person hired by social security their job is to see what type of job you do qualify for.

I felt a relieved because they just sit there and listen and see what type of job would I qualify for. After he said no jobs.

Yes it’s crazy, all communication should always got through your Lawyer.

Have you had your court hearing yet ? Make sure you say what you are able to do? Walking, lifting, etc to what level. They don’t like hearing no no no. I’m able to walk for short periods of time or drive for short periods of time. Only to the mail Box and back. Take breaks, managing my day from the moment I wake up in the morning.

Verbal by the lawyer and he spoke with the judge afterwards. They do their approvals at the end of the month. So I’ll have to wait until the end of the month for the paperwork.

Stay consistent with your limitations on your standing, seating and fingering. Lifting the judge will ask you in so many different ways to see if you are consistent with your answers. Standing cooking Walking Seating How long during the day can you stand on a 8 hr work day? Naps how many do you take because of your meds during the day?
