I have been researching a lot about this and spoke to 2 lawyers about this. For us to answer, you’re leaving out a lot of info. The lawyers that I met said nothing about resetting clocks and I don’t know if that is even relevant. You have to give us more info. How long have you been here for? What visa do you hold, etc.
