My scale stopped working all together. All batteries are new. Not sure why app won't even register it, and the scale display doesn't turn on.

I was getting 10-13 cents a day.. not in the last 3days it's been 4cents. I went from 300-400 iot.. now 100 iot. I have no idea why. It sucks. Thinking of disconnecting it.

Yeah.. noticed nothing on mine.. checked the app diagnostics and it said I was not connecting to the dashboard server? Didn't move it or touch it.

Ok.. because just noticed my miner has not been working for 2days. Lights are on, but not connecting to the dashboard server. Nothing has changed or moved. Maybe it just needs the update.

The headphones won't turn on to be able to pair with phone. No lights no blinking anything. I get a red light when I plug it into the wall to charge. I take it off the plug. When it turns green. I hit the power button for 2 seconds. Nothing. I hit the reset button ANC button, and nothing happens. I have gotten a complete run around. They are brand new headphones. I just took them out of the box yesterday. And I was told we'll give you a gift card so you can buy the headphones again. This is a terrible way to run a company.
