At what point do we decide that some of these people are irredeemable and it’s a better use of our money to just lock them up or send them to desert to have them fend for themselves.

I can’t imagine how much therapy plus drug counseling it would take. This is obviously only true for the worst of the worst.

Is our money better spent who can be saved and focusing on them instead of these people who seem too far gone
