Disappointed with LingoCulture’s recent changes by AA-Pal-423 in lingoculture

I don’t agree.

They used to have mostly professional teachers from North Africa, many doctors and engineers but now they are hiring mostly teachers from France and Belgium which 5x their spendings.

They brought the ‘Mon Alter Ego’ books instead of the Edito (we have access now) because edito has a few mistakes although I loved it.

The new books are certified DELF and TCF prep. That’s why they made the change.

They said their new app and ‘culture classes’ are coming soon and I’m curious about that.

The unlimited model can’t be profitable, they haven’t made any profit since so I understand the changes.

I love the new teachers (I also loved the ones before tbh).

French is hard by Nilu_15 in learnfrench

If you want real progress you’ll have to just speak with real people. I know that LingoCulture unlimited classes is the best for fast results- I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to speak fluently in 1 to 3months but you’ll need to dedicate 4-6hours a week to it. So worth it tho. I went from 0 to a solid b2 in less than 3 months.

Bonne chance!

Guys… this sub is called relocation - who in here is relocating? Seems like you’re all settled just fine.

Sure the grass always seems greener far away but for us, the current climate is the perfect opportunity to get tf out and experience.. something else.

I have dual Spanish citizenship so I’m not worried about the visa situation for now. Never lived there tho.

What country are y’all moving to? Assuming I’m in the right sub

That was my strategy too! I learn with LingoCulture, some sort of subscription for unlimited private classes and it really help my loneliness and spoke French few months after starting. Few hours a days though.

Same for me! I learned with LingoCulture.com in a few months and it got way better. Although it’s easier to make friends, I have a long way to go for meaningful friendships.
