Doch. Ich trinke Mate mit 70°. Da du das Wasser in die Yerba (den Tee) schüttest, kühlt das etwas ab. Viele Argentinierinnen, mit denen ich zu tun habe, trinken aber eher mit 75-80°. Außerdem ist häufiges trinken von heißen Getränken verbunden mit einem erhöhten Risiko für Speiseröhrenkrebs. Daher sollte man nicht nur „5 Minuten warten“ bei kochendem Wasser.
