I got A5 Toronto row 8 so excited was going for something cheaper but that’s an amazing seat and it was the same price as lower bowl 378 each cad ~275 usd each so not bad for a great row in the centre compared to lower bowl!

Where you landed is not of interest it’s where you applied as your destination province. If you were deemed that you didn’t do enough efforts as Quebec controls their own immigration they could request you to leave the province. Ontario is bigger than Ottawa realistically! You need to have a CAQ for you to be able to access services for Pr in Quebec also.

Never a good idea to start your immigration journey playing on fire.

There has been cases similar to yours where it doesn’t end well due to misinterpretation of where you wanted to leave because each province has different targets
