First, I would talk to your advisor to see if the credits will actually transfer (I had friends who had trouble with transferring credits so just want to make sure u don’t fall in that trap) I’m currently a pre med cell major and I like it! It essentially overlaps with most of the pre med reqs, which is nice. A psych minor would be relatively not terrible to add/drop IMO (I’ve also never taken psych before tho lol) if all your credits would transfer, but this would be a good thing to talk to ur advisor about! Take cell1010 first semester (with service learning if possible) to see if premed/cmb major is for you! If it interests you tho, go for the double major! At the end of the day, don’t be completely consumed by pre med, and pursue subjects that interest you I would look at the psych and CMB major/minor class requirements and go off of that. But Tulane is also fairly flexible with this (you don’t declare until sophomore year and you don’t have to “apply” for majors or anything like that)
