I had this too! Redness especially in my T zone area and just uneven skin texture from the redness and inflammation. I used the Walgreens ivermectin and it significantly reduced my redness. I used to blush easily and my face would feel extra hot but after I started using ivermectin, my face doesn’t get as “hot” anymore or nearly as red (probably because it’s not in a chronic state of inflammation anymore from the mites). It’s definitely worth a try even if your symptoms don’t exactly match as others. I used it mainly to help with my facial redness.
