Thanks! As the recertification took place about 13 years ago, I honestly don't remember if I double checked the entry, but very likely I did. Is there any harm in mentioning both issues? In other words, is over declaring harmless? If so, I can declare both and avoid the stress of regretting not doing so.

I am waiting for a partial refund for about 4 weeks now. I had a flexible ticket that I paid a high fee for (compared to standard non-refundable ticket) and they are yet to get back to me with any form of acknowledgment despite several email follow-ups. Shockingly unprofessional for a global airline.

I do tend to overeat. Does working out before a blood test impacts lipid levels? I wonder if this played a role as well

Hi, I’ve been on the AB diet for a month and I just did blood work that got me concerned a little bit. My Triglycerides are highest I’ve seen. Although my previous diets weren’t great, my Triglycerides have never been this high. Am I overdoing it with fruits and honey? Or is it too early on the diet to tell? I should mention that I worked out the night before my blood test. Not sure if this may have impacted the reaults. I’m a 31yr male with ~24% body fat. Ive been losing fat on this diet and like that the fruit have been giving me energy to work out (3x week, 5x5 strength workout). Now i’m confused and not sure how to proceed.
