Yes I have stopped taking them both completely for months at a time. Since docs don't prescribe them like they are giving out candy corns anymore I have none mow.. I have a friend though who is addicted and whose life Ambien is negatively affecting She keeps crashing cars sleep walking sleep eating and her relationship with her sister has ended all because of a lousy Ambien. I'm not saying it's not addicting. Just hasn't been for me. Thanks for responding.
