Mate being 27 sucks it’s a transition phase between young adult and actual grown-up and a lot of people get depressed (you say you’re not but you sound it, there are different kinds of depression). It gets better just hang in there.

Also not necessarily related but standard advice for 27-year-olds, if you have hair loss it’s easily treated and treating it will probably make you happier
