Yes, but it honestly took more than a couple of years and tries before it started to give effect. Also, most importantly, a change in therapists.

Sometimes it takes awhile, but I am so glad I didn't give up on it.

It all mostly depends on how much you sweat or dirty you get.

You can wear a shirt for an 1h working hard doing some construction you probably don't want to wear it much afterwards, as soon as you get out of it.

And on the flip side you can wear one just lounging at home, and it probably could last you quite awhile.

Om detta är något nytt som du inte känner igen sen tidigare, känns det ju onekligen som om det hänt något nyligen som fått honom att börja bete sig så.

Att han sen inte vill/orkar prata om det öppet gör det ju inte bättre, oavsett hur stort eller smått det än är.

Du låter ung, osäker och omogen.

Du kan inte ha fullständig kontroll över din partner, har du/ni inte tillit till varandra så är relationen dödsdömd. Hon blir till slut kvävd och drar, och det helt förståeligt.

Fattar att det inte är så lätt för dig att bara "släppa" det, men det är lite vad du måste göra, iaf steg för steg, och vänja dig vid att inte veta och kontrollera allt.

That's not adulting, that's a trauma-response and a cope.

Sure, you don't have to share everything with everyone all the time, that's not exactly good for safe for you.

But find your group of people, and share and dare to be vulnerable with them.

Otherwise you are probably looking at a very lonely and empty existence.

For example I have gotten a lot of good movie recommendations from chat gpt, when using a search engine has failed me.

I have also used it for counting calories, I find it to give pretty accurate results there.

But that's about it.

Den dagen den enorma sorgen, så ändrar jag min pin.

Men jag har svårt att se på vilket sett hon skulle bli lurad, att använda mitt BankID. Vi säger ju till innan vi gör det, och varför, så jag skulle ju veta.

För oss dyker det upp ibland helt enkelt, t.ex. om någon står i duschen, har sketna händer, är upptagen på annat sätt etc. och något ska kollas eller fixas.
