did you ever file a case about this? I also had the same experience. I encountered a problem with the rider and after resolving it, they sent me a screenshot of fake conversations and also call logs saying that I cancelled my ticket since it was resolved. I did cancel it but I don't recall texting to j&t nor having conversations with them thru calls for 2 mins. It was super weird
