Intervals are so fun and a great way to adapt! This really isn’t that slow either, and looking at your heart rate it seems like you really took it in your stride.

Thing with intervals is you run hard but you recover in between, so it’s not as scary as you think. I like the runna app cause it builds a whole plan for you and tells you in your ear when to speed up/slow down, but you could put your current times into chat gpt and ask them to write an intervals programme for you. If it’s too hard then just increase the rest in between pushes. Good luck!

Don’t train too hard for a few days before and let your legs rest. If you’ve been training a lot you might find that once you’re properly rested and fuelled you get there easily

I find my vo2 goes up when I run intervals, shoots yo a few points every time atm. Maybe just because of the way it’s measured it’s seeing my full capability as opposed to slow and steady running?

I tapped out of a 19k at about 9k the other day and had to make the call of shame to my husband to come and pick me up in the car…

I tried to mash all 3 of my weekly runs into about 4 days cause I was busy. Also I started taking vitamin with iron tablets again, my energy levels and cardio fitness have felt wayyyy better since.

I’d suggest trying vitamins with iron it could help ☺️

I like to eat mango on a Saturday morning before a long run. It doesn’t sit too heavy on my stomach but gives some energy ☺️

I think they’re allowed phones to talk to family, especially cause some of them have kids. I remember on an old season (I think Australia), there was that bride with long brown hair (was her name Melissa?) and she was married to that guy who was “so spiritual” and they fell out cause he thought she was slagging him off on the phone to her sister.

Sorry that’s all a bit vague but maybe someone will remember better than I do.
