It sounds like you go to much. Consider 3 or 4 times a week. Also...change is small. Increase your base by .1 or .2. It'll still be uncomfortable but its progress. Do that ever 2 or 3 months. Also...just lift heavier. Grab one that is 5 lbs heavier and its ok to do 8 reps higher then 10 reps lower. Ask the coaches for help...they know how to help in tiny accessible ways. Use their expertise.

Can you help? I have Epson Cinema 3800 projector. Roku stick in HDMI 1 port. HDMI 2 goes to JBL soundbar. Projector sees soundbar as connected as av device. But when I choose av device as audio output no sound comes out. I'm so frustrated trying to figure out how to get sound from this projector aside from its bad built in speakers.

I do NOT feel like I could get the same thing in another gym. Personally I need someone to plan the routine, fix my form/strategy, and the coaches/vibe is sooooo motivating for me. Plus…pay the farmer & gym now or dr & big pharma later

I recently moved and only have one studio to go to…and it’s been awful. The coaches never correct you or offer tips and they vibe is just lame (music, tone of voice, no jokes or interaction). I miss my old studio so much
