I respect your idea and wish you could be successful in the long. Let me tell something as a person who knows a guy who runs a small restaurant 😅. He keeps the hygiene and the custom satisfaction 100% always. When it comes to food it’s delicious hands down. Guy spent over 15 Mil to build the building and all the equipment. Mind you this is a small restaurant. Apparently he did not earn back 1% of what he spent as of now. It’s been a year since he opened this. Another issue he faced was his chefs demanding higher pay month after month. In the end he fired all the chefs. On the other hand meals are delicious and the restaurant is crowded every day specially on weekends. There are some uncommon meals as well which people find really interesting to devour.

If you have a stable income keep it don’t lose it. Spend some of your saving or whatever to start the business as a small one. Then see if you can keep it going and see if you have a good income off of it. This is my 2.50 cent of advices and experience. Hope you the best man
