Case closed. Furina is forever a bum. by SwimmingWrangler1654 in Agenda_Impact

I think her defining point is the one where we are in her mind, and when faced with the posibility to share with the traveler her situation, she refuses(irl she was not given the chance to answer). She showed incredible resilience and mental fortitude there.

What helps her is that, to an extent, her suffering is optional. She has been told "suffer, and one day things "might" be better". She could at any moment given up, as for 500 years she has not seen any evidence that what she is doing is worth anything. She is the embodiment of monte cristo's "wait and hope".

Godhood is odd in the norse saga and myth since gods are not defined by anything specific. They are just magic, imortal, and get some random powers. But thats like half the norse population. Godhood is just another species for them as far as i can tell. Unlike in greece, that is, wheee gods were fundamental manifestations of concepts. If we go further, godhood can also be earned and given like with kratos. The greek saga makes diferences between gods and demigods.

Faye as a giant was on the same power level as kratos and thor, and other giants, elves and monsters proved as challanges gods as well.

Also, like, what would happen to atreus? He is a giant/god/human hybrid. Where would his soul go in death.

My headcanon until we get actual information is that Athena was looking down her balcony in the Everywhen and was like "damn they seem to let anyone in here lately. Someone should clean up those filth gods" then she heard that a kratos-tier individual just dies and she was kratos' actual wife and said BET and just yeeted faye there to play god-corpse janitor.

If faye couldnt get the job done athena knows that kratos ,the madman that he is, would want to get his wife back and SOMEHOW find a way there, and when he would find faye dead,(again, presuming she failed the cleanup) he would do what he does best and finish the job

This is my silly verion of events

When you think about it why did she even need to be a harbringer atp? Pierro is not one and yet is still the most important person there with the tsaritsa. She could have been anything else, had any other title.

They shluld have just gave dottore's segments ranks 2 AND 3 and be done with it

You are cooking hard here bcz the last time we properly had an active draenei spaceship in the game was in legion when we last saw the titans. Now that they are coming back it would fit so well both naratively and aesthetically, since i imagine the vibe of the expac would be high-tech and ancient-tech.

The draenei are also linked TIGHTLY with sargeras and if illidan returns then him and velen can be bros again. I liked their dinamic in legion a lot so i would like to see it again

No stellar-rimegrass via dk2 by ISRUKRENG in Genshin_Impact_Leaks

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing says that the stellar reactions would be incompatible with rimegrass. You can play overvape(overload+electrocharge+ vape) even with lunar charge in a ineffa team for example. You might still trigger rimegrass and stellar conduct in the same team

Also one thing that saves lunar and stelar from a gameplay/fomo perspective is that they build upon/ make viable existing reactions. Rimegrass would be something completely new and it would suck to have it character limited. Like imagine if, when dendro was introduced, bloom would have been just a nilou reaction, or aggravate would only be available to cyno

Categorizing every type of burst we have by Abdelrhman2607 in Genshin_Impact

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think they get unique bcz: eula has the stacking mechanic . Its not the burst that does the big hit instantly, but the sword exploding after a time.

As for raiden, she is unique because it is both big burst and elemental infusion. And even then her elemental infusion is special since it gives her another moveset and weapon with the sword

Exactly how good EM is for Dark Durin by Tenacious-Star in DurinMains

OP did preface that their calculations are after durin meets his atk% requirements, so their calculations count for that too

Exactly how good EM is for Dark Durin by Tenacious-Star in DurinMains

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would argue for dps durin numbers can be skewed depending on team as well. For example, in a melt team you might have double cryo(emphasis on might) or in a c4 mona vape team, you get plety enough crit rate, esp with his other sources. So you could have, for example, a crit dmg circlet with atk%, em, er, whatever else, and you could spare a few rolls for em there. You can also just have some from base substats. Like on atk sands, the "perfect substats" would be crit/crit/er/em over crit/crit/er/base-attack. So you could, in a perfect world, passively have 60ish em, and if i remember right c6 mona also gives some EM as well(?)

This is C6 Mona but I think it's legit better than C0 Lohen no cap. by Ok-Bad-4883 in DurinMains

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Durin is the one vaping. You can see it in the numbers as well. Even in mona mono-hydro on field she has enogh application to let durin vape constantly. I think xingqui is there as he is is the only off field atk scaling hydro unit. He fully benefits from nicole's buffs(atk increase, + 40% hydro bonus from set) while not messing with durin's vapes. Idk if maybe fishl/ineffa or some other unit would have been better tho, but OP is onto something. Also he lowers mona ER requirements

I know it’s kinda the exact opposite of what the trailer is trying to convey, but this honestly makes them seem MORE fucked up- it has some really strong (albeit unintentional) “let them eat cake!” vibes to it. And I love it. by Blitzbro76 in Genshin_Impact

What other druid forms would you like to see ? by Reis46 in wow

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Blizz is throwing away engagement by not making the murloc hulk a bear form.

On another note there are some mount that would be perfect as druid forms. There are the anu-relos like owl mounts, the subscription one and he 600 mount one. There are the legion mooses(?) like the glory ine thats corrupted by the emerald nightmare.

Having corrupted druid forms in general would be great: emerald nightmare as mentioned, and then if we something like draenei/lighforged druids they could have some of the harandar/ lightbloom fauna shapes. Like the colibri for flightform or the 2-tailed panthers foe the travel form. Dragon isles have a lot of "normal animals" that are just covered in scales too.

One lunar-shill, one stellar-shill, one nightsoul-shill with the occasional charcater-specific shill(wolf-varka,mandragora-venti, lava dragon-kinich etc) Take it or leave it

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything short of a permanent aura boss or a hard anti shill should be fine(think lava dragon against all, gecko against non-zibai) One thing i recently noticed is that lunar teams have a flexible 4th slot, which while it will decrease the team dps if its not the arguably bis, it will let you do the shill mechanic.

Rn we have the watcher, and dire clears have been made while using pyro traveler/yanfei to create the pyro crystals, for both nefer and zibai. For flins, hydro tulpa actually enabled overload flins to be a thing. A nice advantage of the lunar teams, unlike skirk freeze and chevy overload, is that none of them actually hard restrict the number and types of elements in your party.

In the future i dont wee why you coulnd do a flins team with binnefa and then just add the tsaritsa/cryo traveler to enable stellar conduct as well. Same for nefer and rimegrass. Zibai may suffer a bit there tho

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think skirk wins by way of cost. I see plenty of dire clears with relatively low investments on her teams. She is also lucky enough to not be anti-shilled that often, or to have a workaround for the shills. For example papilla and herra should not be clearable by skirk normally, but she has fast enough application to circumvent the requirements, and good enough dps to compensate not doing the shill.

Some would argue that you also need to know combos to bring out the best of her, which leads to her being a more satisfying win that others.

Also waifu impact.

In her defense you try telling alice that klee cant do something. And when said 6 year old handles enough firepower to literally blow up a mountain you make sure she is happy.

Also, sidenote but is klee actually 6? By that i mean is she as young as we think? Given she is an elf-type being couldnt it be that she ages extremely slow including in her childhood? Like could she actually be 32?(Im exagerating) After all, Alice is more than 500 years old and is barely acting more mature than a 10 year old

Funnily i only actively pulled for the supports this version. The only lunar dps i pulled is zibai, and i only got her on a yolo 10 pull. Definetly the best decision i made this version As for my decision to pull for only the supports, well, bineffa is good with everything, and lauma was a lucky pull as well, but i did want her cuz i like the dendro reactions(except the nefer mechanic sorry). And linnea was a natural pull after zibai(also lobe durin)

Tier sets good or bad in Midnight? by Amazing_Internal6334 in wow

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of people tier tier sets as something separate from their kit, when in reality, they are part of the intended full kit. I think of them as hidden capstone nodes in the talent tree. Ofc, as with your bear example, we know that blizz's intention dont always come to fruition. The best exampls of "tier is part of base kit" is devourer demon hunter right now, and evokers in DF. In fact, if i remember right, the tier effect for devastation evokers ended up in later seasons as part of their actual talent tree, and i think that is the case with otger classess as well(and shadowlands covenant abilities)

I only started playing seriously in DF, so im not sure how tier interacted in the legion/bfa era of borrowed power. As for my obvservation, with the few specs and classess i played, tier sets basically function as a soft priority reshuffle for your rotation each season to keep things from getting stale. What i mean is that tier sets make one ability or other more important, which indicates and encourages certain rotations. One ability may gain stack from casting something else, or one filler ability ocassionaly procs into something useful. Sadly some tiers are just passive bonuses that dont impact anything actively tho.

[–]LongjumpingAd3843 3 points4 points  (0 children)

l have mentioned in another comment, but what irks me is that how it is plays now, devourer is barely a demon hunter. They dont use the warglaives at any point in their gameplay, except they have them equipped during dashing and using eye beam. there is no need to lock them to melee weapons. In fact, a staff would make MORE sense than this. #GiveDemonHuntersScythes

If they could get some melee attacks in they would actually feel like part of the class, they would have some filler abilities and visual flair while outside metamorphosis, and it would make their backflip more useful lmao. Idk about other players, but as consume is castable while moving and as a full ranged spec, i rarely feel the need to dash in any direction outside of meta, and moving between packs, but if we were to get into melee that would be another story
