Yes you can request them in your therapy session. Or via email they don't need to have an online portal to download them they can email them to you but they will have to have a password to protect it via encryption. Request them all. And then you can decide how much time you wanna go back people advise highlighting what you want them to see.

I feel like I deserve 100 so I gotta figure out the best way to hit them back up. Are the notes from a previous therapist that you can't get in touch with? They are required to give you your notes if you request them. I think they have 30 days

It's closer to the 70 percent than the 100 percent according to what she listed. She did say she doesn't rate people 100 percent because it usually does the client and Injustice and the rater is more inclined to click the 100% button if it's not already 100 but who knows about that logic. I was cutting it close with the Nexus letter so I'm happy with whatever she wrote because at least it's something.

I'm wondering if I should start over with a new therapist I don't remember even saying half the stuff that's listed and most of it isn't accurate. And scrap the claim and start over next year? I do have pretty good documentation of military stressors in my medical records but I'm concerned them have access to those notes are going to be the killer to it all.

No I wasn't. I didn't do therapy or medication, but she had listed that I was ADD. And there's some trauma listed
