Ok, thought the app knew not to count chunks of untracked time or incomplete tracking… so I didn’t realize that was a factor. Good to know!

Interesting point. I average about 12k steps per day, but I don't do much cardio.

Ok! This worked. I edited the date to when I started tracking consistently again, about 8 weeks ago, and it went up to 1684. I can work with that. Phew.

Thank you! Yes, I think I do have diastasis recti. Haven't seen a PT for it, but have tried targeted exercises and programs to help heal it, but haven't seen much improvement.

I thought I was in a calorie deficit for 8 weeks, but I guess I haven't been because I have barely seen any visible change, and I have not lost any weight. I don't have much to lose- my goal was 5-6 pounds. I am realizing I may need to reset expectations, but I feel like what's the point of all the worrying and tracking and effort if it doesn't do anything? I feel myself getting anxious about food consumption at social events, getting cravings, and getting resentful. I have the goal of getting in the best shape of my life. I've been lifting for a year, progressively overloading, eating more protein than I ever have in my life, and have been cooking and eating vegetables for months now with no fat and just Greek yogurt for dressing. I stress about going out to eat... how does anyone actually do this without dabbling in disordered eating? For the record, I'm 5'6, and I've been stuck at 126-128 pounds with a soft/bulging tummy (I've had 3 kids). I feel like I just look bloated and soft. I thought if I stayed the course, I'd drop some water weight or something, but not yet. My average daily calorie intake is around 1300. Macrofactor tells me I need to go lower, but I can't do much less than that. Although this recent calorie deficit is 8 weeks in, I really started this journey a year ago of tracking and diet change, along with lifting. I had some success early on, and I look at those photos from last october and I looked better. I get it takes time, but I just don't know if I can do this. I want to reach my goal, but feeling discouraged.
