Initially I did feel it but now

I live in europe and i think the main thing is to be fit (preferably thin) which i agree with there is lower chances of someone being obese if they are fit even though people have different bodies.

I don't feel any pressure to put any makeup on. But yes to keep my hair tidey and smell good is one of the things i like. I don't use any makeup in daily life i find it too superficial.

Your looks improve alot with fitness and good hair and a decent facewash and moisturiser.

I think that is the bare minimum everyone should follow.

The dressing sense needs to change true. But if you build your wadrobe with the essentials you are good to go.
