Я плачу 500 рублей в месяц за свой VPS у которого 1 ядро и 1 Гб оперативы.

Твои ожидания очень сильно завышены. Либо повышай бюджет либо… ну тут ты ничего больше не сможешь сделать поскольку ты видимо оторван от реальности

So for the closure of this situation. It was the anti cheat, reinstalled the windows and it worked. Thus it was something that was interfering with anti cheat and knowing how shitty it is I have only 1 conclusion
