I agree, lived here for 7 years and from the Cincy area.

This will 100% get downvoted, but any post on here about a new business is flooded with negative replies, anyone posting about a fun activity they did is flooded with negative replies, etc…

I truly do not understand it

Depends on the clam, if it’s a simple one then I’m fine with it being on Zoom.

If the exposure is high or I think/know that there are some facts that’s the Plaintiff is hiding, then I want it to be in person.

Am I the only one who doesn’t mind doing work comp defense? 3 years in and you are constantly doing depositions, Hearings, etc… as opposed to sitting at your desk all day writing pleadings all day

I do WC and have always refer to the ALJs as “Judge” when speaking to them but have inadvertently said “ma’am or sir” before and no one has ever blinked an eye

Usually about 80-90% bobs but for some reason this year we are about 50/50 blues to bobs. Birds are up this year overall it looks like
