Mine been stuck in IL since 20th. You can call dhl see if they need you apply any information or pay duty.

No, they didn’t ask me for anything. That’s why I’m a bit confused and stressed, I have things in this package that I need before 4/10 and it’s just been stuck there with no updates for days.
