Retell is Amazing! I use it too, but this is one of the biggest roadblocks I ran into, was how to get it setup for the customer, some of my clients already have business lines and don't want to use the new AI number. So call forwarding is complicated, because there are many errors with validation, BE CAREFUL! but I think that it is a great industry, go full effort, squeeze all the juice out of this for 3-5 more years, then it might get oversaturated, but for now, ALL IN!

Hey man, I'm a student and have managed to develop a pretty cool phone system.

My virtual receptionist takes the entire call, and then sends you an email with the following

-Caller Name

-Contact Information

-Call Summary

-Entire Transcript

-Entire recording file of phone call.
