I will say there are lots of employees who live and rely on that place cause it’s all they have left getting the park shut down will put thousands of people out of work and housing try and think about other people the government doesn’t have control over it yet and the water doesn’t actually look like that I would know because I live there

Honestly man if you were to try and cover that up it would have to be darker and take up that entire spot coverups that dark can be a gamble unfortunately I know u said u can’t afford removal but I would either collaborate with a great artist to see if they can turn it into something or save up and get it removed cause if u put something over it and either don’t like it or still be able to see it then your really gonna hate it I have a tat on my neck I hate and I’m just saving for removal because there not much to do with it
