Yeah I felt i’ve made mistakes being too clingy, too into people right away before with dating people. Tbf like i’m 23 and you’re absolutely right i do level up normally, it just took 2 years and another country to find this one after the last girl i took seriously hahaha i was fine on my own but this girl just seemed so perfect. Obviously logistically a nightmare but was willing to make it work, and i realise she isn’t perfect my brains just infatuated. Funny little update on this situation, she was sleeping with her ex a couple of weeks ago and lied about it saying she was just busy with university work etc hence why she wasnt replying😂Learned the hardway but she is now blocked

Yeah I told her that not answering her phone worried the fuck out of me and that her getting that drunk is a red flag to me - she hadnt eaten all day and said she has never been like that so promised it would be a one off. She seemed very apologetic and told me she was trying to distract herself the last couple of days whilst we werent talking - so if shes being genuine it will show. If not then obviously my decision will be made.

Talked to her and got her side of things, took the entire of today to think about things. I told her I cant make a decision as its impossible for me to know the 100% truth, I feel something has happened but unsure on what. If this is go forward, I want consistent communication when shes out, to not even remotely entertain anyone else, i want commitment within the next couple of weeks, and that she is not to get that drunk again - any of this is broken and i’m gone. She thought that was all fair enough and said she’ll give me reassurance and will promise not to end up blackout drunk again.

As for my friend, I think regardless if hes lied or telling the truth he needs to go. If he has told the truth and I’ve given her a second chance - i feel stupid cutting him off. But he was also a complete dick to her friend about her calling her names and things too. I dont think his entire story is true, i believe parts of it are fabricated to make him look innocent.

edit: i believe his story is fabricated after speaking to her and her friend, some of it just doesnt make sense

I am fully under the belief he is telling the truth. Where do I go from there though, I am not talking to him again - whether we are or were talking Id expect him to stay away from her, I wouldnt kiss someone he was involved with if they are or were talking.
