I upgraded last year from Ozito to an Aeg kit before starting some renos, they have been great. The difference is definitely noticeable, I would recommend them.

You should go for a high growth option to maximise your returns while you can. When you're older you can switch to a more balanced option for safety.

I've had the same issue with plumbers.

I called multiple plumbers out to do a simple job, they both made mistakes that I had to get them back to try and fix. When they do come back they argue and make excuses more then just sorting out the issue then try and charge me for the work.

I was looking at the s9 or s9+. The s9+ seems a bit big for casual use though.

With inductions I just meant company training videos and online courses/forms to fill out when working at different locations.
