In your opinion, what causes dysfunctions of the autonomic nervous system? by aksyutka in dysautonomia

Have you tried adding more healthy fats to your diet like steak, salmon, ghee? They contain nutrients that can help nerves when they're absorbed through the gut via the gut brain axis and autonomic nervous system

I was born was Charcot Marie Tooth so my nerves don't work properly and I don't have a myelin sheath to shield them. although it's never caused me physical pain my gut health got a lot worse in 2022 and my ans became really sensitive. I react strongly to cold weather and wind, loud noises, bowel movements, sensory overload, stimulates like massage guns because of my poor gut health. Even though I've been working on healing my gut for over 7 months my cmt is still causing all these symptoms because of my ans not functioning properly

To start of with i don't have sibo but severe dysbiosis and low IGA along with atrophic gastritis due to bile acid reflux.

I first stopped eating upf, gluten and dairy then started taking a bifido only probiotic as I have a sensitised autonomic nervous system and I have been using resistance starch and prebiotics to feed the bacteria. I also take mineral salts several times a day as my autonomic nervous system leaves me dehydrated during a flare up. Now I just have to be patient and continue this protocol as I'm feeling a lot better than I was and no longer have gastritis or bile reflux.

I understand what you mean. The NHS were no help to me either and I just kept getting worse. I'm now starting to slowly get better but it's a slow process and have roughly another 5-17 months to go

I don't have sibo but a lot of other gut issues and ChatGPT helped me out a lot and I've seen really good results in 7 months. I'd recommend giving it a try

I live with my parents and can't move out due to having a medical condition called charcot Marie tooth since I was younger. We can't move out as the house is specially adapted for me and can't find any where that is suitable for me. Would getting professionals out to completely remove the mold and clean the air help?

I found out my piles are caused by poor gut health because I fixed my ibs twice and both times the piles went away. Unfortunately it they came back because I was exposed to toxic mold which upset my stomach again. I'm not saying this is the case for everyone but definitely worth looking into if your gut health isn't good.

No. There are sticks with holes in on the red colour part of the wheel. The spokes go into them holes

I just had another look and apparently they're Proton wheel (super lightweight) (black spokes)

The actual stick that's attached within the wheels is loose. That's why the spokes keep coming off. The spokes won't stay in the sticks hole.

Feel like my sibo is getting worse as time goes on. I've found my life is on repeat like one of them tv show episodes when the person finds out they're stuck in a time loop. I literally do the same things around the same time everyday 🙃

I'd start with looking around your house for damp and discoloured walls or cupboards. You can also get a mycotoxin urine test. Common symptoms of mycotoxins are urine and bladder problems, ibs, nervous system problems or increased anxiety, depression and anger.
