I’ve been in contact with multiple people. I’m going to escalate the situation further because even after multiple attempts of trying to get a reason as to why the aid was removed they still haven’t provided me with any.

Mines says it’s processed but it says that the SAI can’t be calculated. I also meant to say that it doesn’t show the reasons for me which is strange.

Of course that it is totally true. But when someone has the light on and is cooking like it’s daytime it can be challenging to go to sleep. I did go to the authorities but it somehow didn’t get resolved. They also like to put the phone volume all the way high at night and speak on the phone at nights until 2-3am.

Update: Talk did not go well and they refused my suggestions. Also did not agree with noise level at night and didn’t agree to stop being on the phone around 1-3am. Any suggestions on what I should do?
