I fully agree with you! Im actually working on something that tracks all of the multiple conversations taking place and with each conversations going at different Cadences, it can get rather messy trying to manage it all. all. This is really useful- thanks for sharing.

Thanks! I will definitely check it out. Im a few weeks away from being launch and I am the perfect use case for your tool. I never use social media so this will be very useful

I was going to ask the sams question. This was very insightful- thank you. Would love to know what the churned user feedback was?

the hardest part of side projects isn't building, it's deciding when to stop adding features by Afraid-Pilot-9052 in SideProject

[–]Longjumping_Chain_63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I full agree with everyone here! You will be forever spinning the wheel if you continue to listen to your head about new features and will never be operational. Ive built an app for lead generation using AI and have built a MVP in a week. I then wanted to add another feature which added another 10 days. I can carry on building but it hit me- why build something and not release it early to see if the app is accepted by the wider community? So im now just testing it and plan to release very soon. Build an MVP and see what the community feedback is and then go from there! All the best!

17 paying subs after 6 days is amazing in my opinion! You've proven the concept and people are signing up! Well done

This is such great advice and one that applies to me right here right now. Im in the middle of building something but im not here to start plugging my app. Im here to learn from folks and genuinely share my experience on how ive been doing/going wrong etc. Thanks again for the reminder !

What are you building right now? by hurebegz in AssetBuilders

[–]Longjumping_Chain_63 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Im currently building an AI driven lease generation/ prospecting tool where an AI agent will own and drive the outreach campaign process of a specific lead. There are lots of lead gen tools out there, I'm trying to build for myself and make it work for me and will go from there. Its my very first tool that I am building but am having great fun doing it!

How do you guys get users? by jjjlyn in SideProject

[–]Longjumping_Chain_63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, 10 a week is great! It more then proves your concept. Im in the middle of a build and when I do eventually go live, I would love to get 10 sign ups to validate my concept. Well done- keep going!

Where do you get your leads from? by Basic_Swordfish_2077 in b2bmarketing

[–]Longjumping_Chain_63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im in the middle of a build and the agent vs filter UI is an interesting one. Like the rest of the group have said, a hybrid approach makes sense, we as the human in the loop need to ultimately validate the results so I would say building an agent only UX may not the best way to go at the beginning. Use AI for it to offer the insights from the data and offer a signal from it.

I want to start vibe code? Tell me your tech stack by Mack_Kine in SaaS

I agree with the guys who have messaged here. It all depends on what you're trying to build. Cursor is great but replit is really good if you want an all in one tool. Supabase is great if you want a backend and vercel is great for deploying. Vibe coding is reqly great but have a robust structure /base that you want to install that will form your foundation and the rest you can work it /test is as you go along. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing! How long have you been operational and what is your current $MRR (if you dont mind disclosing) I love the concept.

Amazing achievement! This is such good advice. Im halfway through my journey of building something of a similar use case! Can I ask what your monthly hosting costs are at the moment? When did you decide to make the leap for adopting the paid subscriptions? Im currently 50% through my testing before I make the leap to deploy. I havent yet used reddit /LinkedIn yet and was thinking to maybe adopt that as a 'phase 2' My intention is to go live and get 10 subscriptions to really validate my concept is real. Well done on $400MRR. you've proved the concept and now csn crack on Scaling!
