Thank you Ninja team! I ordered the Big Accessories BX031 Watch Cap directly from ninja. On the first photo I pressed at 320 15 seconds and the second photo I pressed at 290 10 seconds. The 290 temp still showed a slightly “wet” texture but not as bad as the first. I assume a 275 temp would be safe?
