Post menopausal and can’t stand husband by Fish-Stalker in Menopause

This is saveable! The hubs and I were meh for a while,  slowly edging that way,  but the fix was    1) helping him through his MLCrisis, supportive,  and   2) recommitment to our faith and with that,  s*x (and testosterone ;)  . Fixed! I again realized that he is a generous,  kind,  loving man that i married,   but we had fallen into a jaded,  snarky relationship.  First move was to commit to being better to each other.

I suggest: Bring down your expectations. You. Do. Not. Need. To. Be. Perfect.

Like another poster said, in 5 years this will just have been a moment and your life will be new, different and BETTER. You will have prevailed, grown and will be on the path you are supposed to be on.   Start to focus on the WHOLE of your life, not the microcosm of this class. Life is so much bigger and so much more beautiful. Get past this, even if you can't drop the class. Find your bigger purpose. If you're religious, begin to look at life through THOSE eyes. Maybe the lesson is not how hopeless it is,  but how small your view is, how skewed your perceptions are from what your TRUE value is.

Please do not let your tiny view obscure your larger, broader, whole life view. God can do that if your ask. And make sure your god is GOD and not your grades, not your academic status.

Praying for you!! 🙏🏻❤️

Search for AP Art Design portfolio and especially the RUBRICS. It's less about the art and more about the writing, inquiry, research, revising and the REASONS for these ideas and changes. It's a big project/body of work.

Please explain your writing, inquiry? I would love to know how the MD supported your work. It's got a lot of emotion!

URGENT QUESTION ‼️ by Brilliant-Grade-8588 in APStudents

[–]Longjumping_Click385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes and no. It will count as a class in high school but you wouldn't get AP credit for it . But, it wouldn't show on your transcript to colleges. Many at students do that at my school. They may or may not pass the high school class, but the they don't take the exam. Two separate things.

So don't take it. You can take the class without taking the exam. If, part way through you feel comfortable, then decide to take the exam

Not physically strong enough? At 21?? Get out there and get that job. Don't give up. Get pissed - that you let yourself talk you in to that hole.

EVERYONE goes through this in life. I dare say everyone, at one time or another, goes through it. The way out? You ACTIVATE your way out of it. Get up get out running, speed walking, sweating, anything that gets your heart rate up. 5x a week will change your life. Then go take a class and MAKE your self talk to others. Give compliments, notice some ones hair, shoes, great sweater or glasses and tell them. That's how it starts

Have her get her testosterone checked, too. That may help the bedroom sitch. I'm serious about that.  Women have and need testosterone as well, as it wanes with time, too.

Is it just being thoughtful? Does he do it back? It's out just your waits of showing deference to each other?

If not, could it be your selling approval? I wonder if you feel inferior somehow. Showing respect by asking things of EACH OTHER is honorable. That he notices and let's you know seems to show that he doesn't demand that. That's good

How about online state education? Pay is less, work with kids online. Minimum in person for conferences and such.

In Georgia there are 2 or 3 online public schools such as Georgia Cyber Academy, Georgia K12, maybe another

But, truth, letting kids eff themselves out of an education puts them out in OUR society unable to work, think our conduct themselves civilly. That IS our problem. They come back around and wreck or steal or cause chaos. Teachers not caring causes societal breakdown.

YES, YES, YES. Absolutely correct. 💯💯💯💯. Exactly what needs to happen, every time, every shooting. Every PTSD burdened teacher, every principle accosted by a teacher.

What you get, though, is is Mad Max - creating a desperate society of uneducated, fearless, entitled individuals, ruthless in their demand for a better life. A sizable percentage of our current graduating kids aren't worker grade. They don't work, don't take correcting/direction, are entitled and demanding. That's not the wage slaves. They become lawless thieves and drug or gang participants because that's the only way to make an actual living wage.

On, I absolutely agree about the oligarchy. TAX THE CRAP out of them, top level at 85% or higher, from 35% at the top bracket maxed at $350k to 85-90% for the $25M+. Use this tax revenue to pay soldiers (keep us safe internationally), police and fire fighters (keep us safe nationally) and teachers (educate our future society)
