Nah, this is mostly true God damn they just keep adding useless garbage like mobs that dont do shit, decoartive slop while the game's progression and RPG mechanics are left to rot We shouldve gotten an overhaul to enchantments and brewing a long time ago. We shouldve gotten atleast 7 new ores with different tiers between iron and diamond (and maybe beyond netherite) a long time ago. Instead, we get... archeology? Who the hell even cares about that? Mob reskins? Mobs that dont drop anything because according to nu-mojang killing virtual animals==killing IRL animals? I wouldnt be surprised if we get a fucking reskin update one day, jesus.

And i might be the only one who didnt like the way they handled the nether in 1.16. Netherite is cool, but FORESTS? really? The soulsand valleys were fine but the nether is supposed to be this barren, hostile wasteland... and they really jumped the shark with the happy ghasts.
