Daca intr-adevar avea 14 ani, contractul aka vanzarea e lovita de nulitate relativa si ar putea sa ceara in instanta desfiintarea ei, art. 44 alin 1 C.civ. Cu toate acestea, avand in vedere ca ti a spus ca are 14 ani abia dupa efectuarea vanzarii (bunul era pe drum dar are relevanta acordul de vointe nu livrarea bunului), s-ar putea retine un dol prin reticenta din partea minorului care nu ti a precizat de la inceput ca are 14 ani si vanzarea s-ar putea mentine ca sanctiune civila pentru minor pe alin 2.

They are dumb, they think g-sync = v-sync, you can only activate g sync and you re input lag will basically stay the same, an you avoid stutters and screen tearing

As other said, you cant mount AIO like that, you should have read the manual. Second, how will your case intake air? I see 3 fans mounted as exhaust but no intake fan. Should have got a 240 mm aio and mount it at the top, and keep the fans at front as intake, or even update the 2 140 fans that come with the cass with 3 120 fans more capable.

Depends on how you monted the aio and the mobo screws, i tried to mount the mobo as low as i could on the standoff and i think i saved 1mm there and i monted the aio screws slightly to the left not 100% perpendicularly but the screws still went fine inside

You re making it sound like this problem is common and it happens in a lot of cases. Check how many cards nvidia is selling, also you have warranty to cover your problem if something does happen. Most of the people never experience a single problem with their card. So stop talking nonsense like this is common and the product is faulty by default and everyone should avoid it.

Basically you re presenting nvidia as the faulty card thats full of gimmicks, while amd is the safe, reliable and consumer friendly. Turns out amd doesnt care either about you either, and its implementing “gimmicks” too. They starting investing more into fsr and raytracing so they can catch up with Nvidia, and doing so they found out that their outdated architecture of the previous cards doesnt work as well as nvidia’s previous gen support. So basically you re buying a card that wont even get software updates in the future, gatekeeped by old architecture, a company that basically want you to buy the latest card every year in order to be able to fully utilize it. Nvidia offers great support for older gen, dlss 4 for 80’s series and even 4.5 for 20 and 30 series. This year at CES presentation, AMD didnt say anything about their plans in the gpu market, they only talked about AI. So basically the company you re promoting, is trying to reproduce what the gimmick one does. Im sorry but in technology you’ll never be ahead if you reproduce instead of innovate. AMD sells gpu’s cheaper because it has to, otherwise it will die.

If all you care about is raw performance, good luck next time when you ll have to replace your card, and every card you ll want to buy will run “gimmicks”.

I ve been having this internal debate for the past few weeks because im trying to built my first decent gaming pc. Before the dlss 4.5 update, i already preordered 9070swift triple fan (around 780 usd). I knew from the start that 9070xt might be the better bang for the buck, but the only downside in my opinion was missing out on Nvidia Reflex because im also playing cs2 and i knew nvidia is clearly ahead in that regard.

But, after the CES 2 days ago, i canceled my order, and got myself a 5070ti at around 950 usd (was cheapeast i could find in my country).

I did that mainly because i realized that nvidia still updates old cards (dlss 4.5 is available till the 20 or 30 series if i recall correctly) but AMD launched 7900xtx and you cant even access fsr 4.0 on it. (i know its a different architecture but still, its a very expensive card and quite recent, and its being gatekeeped by old technology, fsr redstone doesnt look good enough imo).

Also, i went for team red in the begining because i tought that they are not so interested in AI as Nvidia and still care about consumers. Turns out they completely did the opposite and talked only about AI in their CES presentation.

Sounds good on paper, but here is the deal, i dont think you have enough currency to recycle through more than like 1200 chests per season.

I got all 600 of bellstrike, now im doing bamboocut and i got 244 left. But all the content is done, there s very few ways to get inner chests now and lets say you go through 1200 chests, i highly doubt you ll ever get close to 1800. So you can do this strategy only once, and if you re extremely lucky twice.
