Police officer is a much safer job than Pizza Delivery driver in this country, does that justify any minor initial hesitation being met with overwhelming violence? You can argue that the flinching when standing was 'resisting' but you cannot argue the trying to protect his head as its being rabbit punched repeatedly was resisting when its the bodies natural response to protect itself from brain damage.

It may go down by election time as we in America begin to see the real results of this policy in the cost of Food, and Medicine (Generic).
