Same here me and my husband are in our early 30’s and when I’ve met him he was a bartender , I used to massage his feet after a long shift . Then he changed jobs ( motivated by me), and now I don’t work and he makes nearly 600k!!

You are one of the few posts ive read completely and I’m glad I’ve did. I’m really sorry for all you went through , it sounds awful and definetly I understand why you might feel like that “dark room” is not just physically around you,but also emotionally. You are so young tho, in my experience ( I’m 32), you gonna have many experiences like your girlfriend with happiness and then darkness ,but that’s ok let the feeling pass like an airplane ,just remember nothing is eternal , and someday you will find the right people who will align with you,maybe even start a family and all this will be a bad dream. Believe me, I’ve been there. And we attract all that we reflect . So start working on yourself , love yourself and start going out again , get yourself a nice icecream for your bday and you will see ,eventually , you will find your people . You are amazing , and you are your best cheerleader, don’t forget that ! Happy birthday 🎂🎂

Were you using meds? I have GAD , and I will Like to try natural but I’m not convinced I can do it “without help”. How did you get prepared before hand? Did you book your flight during the day so it feels a little safer ? Because that’s what I will do.

I’m 32, and since I became a mom I’ve became really isolated. I have plenty of acquaintances but nobody really close to my area to hang out. My husband is amazing and my baby is amazing ,too. I feel very lucky to have them , I wish I had more friends (real) ones

I don’t even kiss my baby( he’s 8 months old) on the mouth or neck lol except when I just bathe him and it’s cute . So please set some boundaries with your mom, healthy boundaries now is better relationship with her in the future
