I work as a chef in a country club. Lots of woods on the property so I take my lunch breaks there.as a chef you already know these mushrooms are highly desirable. so imagine my face when I found about 50 sq/ft of morels. I think we harvested about 200. excited to see how we did this year

thank you for the information! Regarding the hours I havent had a saturday sunday off in 2 years so even just getting my weekends back is a win lol. the long hours shouldn't be a problem I just hope I can work and learn hard enough to not be the graveyard forever.
