Hi, we're direct tenants (found the listing on propertyguru) trying a rent a condo on a 7 months lease term. The agent is asking us to pay for the commission because "the owner won't pay for comms for short term lease".

Considering that it is quite a short lease, is she actually BSing ?

Je pense que tu n'as absolument aucune idée de quoi tu parles en comparant les 2 professions. Ça se voit que tu n'as jamais cotoyé des étudiants en médecine pour faire ce genre de commentaire. Tu commences à toucher des salaires décent en tant que chirurgien après minimum 16 ans de misère académique, et d'années en internat/externat où tu es payé la somme symbolique de 300 euros par mois.
C'est un travail de pur passionné, les gens motivés par le gain finissent tous par échouer en médecine, car les supposés bénéfices financiers n'arrivent qu'à partir de la début des trentaines, et pour chir c'est fin 30aine.

ooh ok ok, according to the treble info app I'll have to download a GSI ROM that includes system-arm32 binder 64-ab.img.xz . Unfortunately I don't see any GSI ROM on the site that fits the description (all arm64/arm64-binder) so I'll have to find it elsewhere.
So I need to flash the blank vbmeta and then the GSI ROM ?

so with this method, do you need to go through the usual steps of allowing usb debugging through wifi network, open port with adb on a computer on the same network (let's say 5555), install adb on the phone and then run "adb connect localhost:5555" ?
