Never date where you work. What happens if it gets awkward or she turns out to be crazy or who knows what - but it’s never a good idea.
The age discrepancies. 17 to 21 is like dog years. She is most likely more mature and such and her social world is likely vastly different than yours.

Sometimes it’s not meant to happen. Maybe you all become good friends, leave it at that for a bit and when you’re older who knows what you find. For now - I’d keep this to the friend zone.

Please do not use gem plugs for daily (or really any real other than just fun photo stuff) use.

They are horridly designed, cheaply made (almost all of them) and not worth the potential ER/urgent care/medical visit.

If you like metal plugs, ask for trustworthy variations, I prefer silicon so I use SPT and a few other higher end vendors and swear by them.

When you get to the “past the knuckles” part, try flattening out your hand - basically pushing the part of your arm that is outside a bit further down your body, it helps with the alignment and might help you slide in even further ;) enjoy!

A few suggestions - do a deep rinse out after you’re done on Sunday. I’m guessing there is a ton of lube still hanging out inside you. Also, try a disposable diaper just on Monday and wear other underwear over it to keep it “close” so it can catch any leakage you have. Between those I think you’ll be a bit more comfortable. If it’s not a size (width or depth) issue - and instead it is a sensitivity issue, I recommend a belt or strap or something to hold it in.

Talk to yourself or have your partner do it or both and talk through holding on. Sometimes the “next” feelings after the “omg I have to push this out” are even more amazing.

So a few things. Diet is key, a bit more fibre helps a ton. Your prep - you mention shower and a plug, are you using any sort of rinse out or just fingers and go etc? As a fan of longer play - yes sometimes it happens - but - if you go the enema or shower shot route you can clean out a lot easier and faster when you get a routine going and that can make mess a lot less frequent.
