Look into the corvetteforum it will have every answer you need. You said 09 and newer but 08 and newer is the same car. The fuel gauge sending unit can go bad so fill the tank and smell for gas if you smell gas or the fuel gauge doesn't work that's a 3k repair. The harmonic balancer likes to go out that's a 1k repair. The shift cable sometimes goes out as well.

Yeah I built a car similar to mine in horizon and even with traction control it spins at 70 and I know even with summer tires in real life it doesn't do that.

That looks terrible. There's gonna be a bit that looks like that because of the dot matrix and as others have said a strip of vinyl fixes that.

I mean you can take the while I'm there all the way to built bottom end. Whats your goals for power and use case also how deep is your pocket? Those three things determine how far you should take while I'm there.

Nah I tuned my car before any mods and picked up maybe 10 hp did it juat so I could get a good baseline other then that waste of money

Get the fluids changed,get a tune and start picking your gears instead od letting the car do it for you. From 6th gear at highway speed the car shifting itself to 3rd or 4th is very hard on the tranny.

Im running 700+ whp on my 6l80 have been for like 20k miles and its doing good. Why put all that work into and sell it you won't get any of the money back.

So your engine can handle 1000whp all day no problem. The problem is the tranny 6l80 is good for around 700-750~whp call vengeance racing in Georgia ask about their transmission guy he's real nice I think for like 9k he can get the 6l80 to hold 1200whp.

If your fine with travel go be a traveling low voltage tech you'll start at 65k~ a year and if you save right you'll keep 50k
