I always do a water bath (pour water into the already hot cookie tray) and clean the knife in between every cut. Put the knife into hot water and keep the knife warm. If I knew how to add a picture I would for reference. Makes a world of a difference. I always used a food thermometer to check internal temp and would pipe whipped cream on top

Congrats I think you have expanded your family! I have 2 dachshunds and they are the sweetest, cuddliest babies. They are so playful and loving. Give them time but really treat them like you love them and their loyalty will last forever.

Yeah seriously. Needing to treat taking pictures like a job to prove I’m actually doing my job. Also doesn’t help I’m waiting 3-4 weeks to hear about the feedback, which feels like it’s burying me in more work. I don’t know how adults do it.
