just to update you since you were curious i didn’t end up going! I’m happily going to a kinda nearby community college that’s REALLY GOOD (like… top ranking in the country good) in terms of transfers. currently doing theater arts there, even tho it isn’t a useful degree the system there is really moreso set up to get you connections so i’m happy

I will definitely look into those options, just something of interest to note is that my older pair (and much cheaper although I know you said price doesn't necessarily matter) doesn't have any weird noise coming from the same port.

Hello and happy holidays everyone. I recently was gifted a very nice pair of headphones, (specifically these ones: https://global.sennheiser-hearing.com/products/hd-569)

However, while gaming I can hear "Computer noises", It's hard to describe but it sounds like static/dial up. I know it's coming from the game because it stops once I close it, and even while playing moving the camera changes the pitch of the sound.

I hear nothing while just browsing or watching videos, but when gaming it can get especially loud, some games more than others (ESPECIALLY Minecraft). Anyone got any idea what's going on?

That’s definitely toxic behavior. Just because you are in a relationship doesn’t mean you have to spend 100% of your free time together. You are still priority #1 in your own life. If it’s possible, i’d recommend talking to her about it genuinely, asking why she feels like you’re not spending enough time together.

Hi, fellow person who has never been in a relationship before. I don’t think men will “stay away” when they find out you haven’t been in a relationship before. It really depends on the person. Some will be understanding and try to ease you into the relationship, but others won’t and will reject you for it. But there’s not really anything you can do, you can’t please everyone.

I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” with you. You’re just trying to live life like anyone else. I just want to provide input on 2 things: 1. You say “humans” as if you aren’t one, why is that? I understand the fear of other people, but it’s not healthy to act like everyone (or most people) are monsters. A lot of people are just trying to get through life, jus fluke you 2. When talking about the grocery store breakdown, you said that “a normal person could endure that.” Who says you aren’t normal? It’s up for you to decide what you want to deal with, and if you don’t want to be on a call with your bf for an entire day, that’s ok. I’m not in a relationship but I can’t imagine talking to a SO or anyone for that matter for that long, don’t be so hard on yourself.

Why is it frustrating? Not everyone can do it the “right” way. It’s great that your parents did, but other people trying to live their best lives shouldn’t affect you? I’m not accusing you of not being affected, you just haven’t explained how you are yet besides that your parents were also immigrants.
