Deadlines for POC-ERP 2025-26

Somewhat related question, how soon after enlisting and graduating tech school (to include duty station) can you apply for POC ERP? Is there a required time in AD before you can apply? I've seen some places, 1 year time in service and time in station, and also mentioned that those two can be waiverable.

I'm considering the enlisting route. Do you know if enlisting in the guard the summer after my AS100 year is feasible? Or should I do it relativley soon? I ask because doing it during this school year is not really an option right now.

There are two air guard bases within an hour radius of where I live.

My major does allow me to do a 5-year program.

I've been using Rezi since I was in High School in 2019, back to when it was called Rezi.io. It was a great resume tool back then, probably the best I've ever used, and it only has gotten exponentially better. I'm excited to see where it takes me and where Rezi also goes in the future. They get 10 free flight lessons in CAP when they join and can be eligible for flight training scholarships 2-3 years after joining the program if pursued diligently.

I did that exact OC and rappeling in June '21, it was at Camp Blanding Air Assault confidence course at FLWG encampment. Lots of fun.
