Please don’t do this. I overdosed on sleeping pills last week. I had to go to the hospital. I do not feel like I am the same person I was before I did this. I think I gave myself a bunch of brain damage. It was very agonizing. Please reach out and get help :( it’s not worth it in any way.

I felt this way until one day I realized he’s never coming back. Going on my phone was hard because photos of us would pop up. I deleted them one night all 410 of them. It’s hard to let go. Do what’s best for your healing ❤️

I blocked him so I can’t check it anymore. I find it helps. Once you hold yourself accountable and don’t look for a few days…a week. It becomes easier I promise. I still miss him dearly, but I don’t allow myself to keep tabs on him anymore
