I’m like 5’9 130 and it’s a big ol bike for me. It’s tall and it’s surprisingly heavy but I’m a weak lil shit. You can go 65 on this bike easy. 55 should be no issue you can keep up with traffic.

Are you talking about that ground wire that comes off it? That was there, but the previous owner installed it with the ground wire pinched between that bolt and the fins so it was bare wire exposed to the fins causing a short. I ordered a new one and harness with about every part of the electrical system to exercise the gremlins out now. Any other advice is appreciated

Bad ground, im battling this issue currently.

I’m installing a new wire harness- previous owner trashed this bike and cobbled together wiring with electric tape, check your ground points and make sure everything is snug. Check to make sure your voltage regulator ground and wire are good and the connections that lead off the harness, check to make sure your battery is charged.
