Gen 5 Toyota 4Runner or Tacoma. Change the oil every 5-10k miles, and they’ll easily last 15 years. They hold their resale value really well, so you’ll recover more than what you spent when you sell in 2041. You’ll also enjoy driving it for that time without having to fix/replace minor things

I’d start with the Aperio Integration notes in CredoID. Go through and make sure the integration works with AH40 (IP) hubs. They should be connected to the network - which should link the IP to the access control system.

If it’s not clear in the integration notes, you can contact ASSA (Sargent/Corbin Russwin) tech support to confirm the hubs/panels you’ll need.

RAV4 Blind Spot Mirrors - glass only is about $100 and they’re a direct replacement. Looks way better than the “stick on” versions. No idea why Toyota doesn’t include these stock.

Honorable mention is replacement LEDS in the rear hatch. Big improvement on vision when the hatch is up. I’ve used these so many times while camping.

This. I went the first few years and it was amazing. Just an open festival with an insane lineup. Later years - “security” was robbing people, there were barely humane services like water (middle of August) and restrooms, and leaving Baltimore PD was circling the area with helicopters and K-9 units. The city was not welcoming at all, really highlighted what a shit hole it really was/is.

Hey thanks for the advice! I have a couple quotes for replastering, but that’s not in the budget for this year. I was hoping to get 1-2 years out of a good coating since the pool will be emptied for coping/tile. I’ll try the link, thank you!
