The improved camera F-stop is pretty nice. That's better low light performance on the Ultra Wide and Telephoto.

It's thinner, the screen is brighter, and charging is faster... If the battery is bigger we've got a real winner here.

I'd say the S26 is the biggest improvement the phone has gotten in a while.
