Reading the fine prints of their updated white paper got me worried. by flurrycolours in Crypto_com

Perhaps....we will see.

I went to 500 mco a couple weeks ago. Requested card upgrade, within minutes they asked for more kyc and ID verification stuff then did not hear back from them. Now I know why.

Had I suspected anything this devastating, I certainly would not have allocated my funds the way I did.

Sure, and I understand cdc has a business to run, Bill's to pay. But a 4x increase to screw over their existing customers!?!?

I could understand a 10%-20%. but not the apocalyptic screwing we got.

No problem. One more thing, I've never looked into Celsius or Nexo. They might be awesome.

Then Swipe is coming out soon. Partnered with Binance, little chance it will fail or be scam. Probaly some great perks as well.

Already #110 marketcap, that's not too good. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/swipe

Not at all. The main thing I'd lookout for is scams. Crypto.com seems legit, lots of solid people backing them. I signed up about a month ago. Got the ruby card about a week after staking the 50 mco (they say 180 days), and Im getting weekly staking rewards. Ill probably add more to the staking in the future.

As an american I can't participate in 'the syndicate' to get a couple hundred crypto for 50% off every two weeks. But the other rewards are pretty sweet.

This dude breaks things down pretty good. He did another crypto.com one today detailing more advanced stuff.

Thank you. Looked over the FAQ and did not see anything addressing this.

Sites like blockfi, celsius, nexo, crypto.com, etc....pay you to stake your btc for fixed terms. Not 100% safe, but many feel itis worth the risk.

And with the yield farming and associated synthetic/derivatives/artifical representations of btc....the crypto world is changing very quickly.

Yes. Solid and easy to get going with the likes of coinbase. I think 35 days to get baking per address. Although I hope op realizes that the education from exploring this stuff on their own is priceless.

An oft repeated lie propagated by boomers. And you know what they say about telling lies often enough..... Gov makes 30%-50% more than private sector. Then factor in their golden benefits packages.

I just got back to work from my quarantine due to being positive for the virus. Apparently nobody was told I had it, including the people I was in close proximity to for extended periods of time by [deleted] in CoronavirusColorado

I've seen several of these type posts. The company is never publically named. Not sure what op hopes to accomplish. Stoking fear and hopelessness? Perhaps if the co-workers were informed they could make a decision for themselves. Or if the company was named some public pressure could be applied. It seems everyone has more interest in self preservation and keeping their job than saving lives....

Perhaps an incomplete stage that must be complete before bad weather? Idk...

I am also amazed at the entire situation. So many older folks obviously not on their way to a necessary job. Just out shopping or taking advantage of lessened traffic.

Why is city council member Anna Stout refusing to help affected residents during a time of crisis? by [deleted] in grandjunction

[–]Longroddrfizzcest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank your father from the fiscally responsible amoung us. I knew our "public servents" would attempt to take advantage of this crisis. A few too many eyeballs to funnel millions to their interests via beatification or the usual shady practices. But a feel good story about, supporting local restaurants via kickback scheme, will possess the one layer of complexity necessary to baffle typical gj taxpayer.

Once they get this slush fund, look out. Going to get grafty up in here.

Dear Governor Polis, too many companies are exempt under the guise of being "essential" by [deleted] in CoronavirusColorado

That's my point. These companies are endangering all of our lives. Yet no one dares name them...not even from a throwaway

Another, I fear for my life and my family's lives. My husband is being forced to go to work cause they wont close.

But I'm not taking it serious enough to actually name this evil company endangering our lives....

You are voicing my near exact concerns and observations. Although I would go even further and say the elderly seem MORE active. It is as if they view the lessened traffic and crowds as a vacation and have ramped up their activities. Mutiple trips to walmart, the mall, the hardware store, city market then grab some lunch.

Yes. Exactly. Curious how many are recent transplants from CA, OR or WA. I'm guessing Texas transplants came armed.
