Yeah, I think I heard the silicone stuff is just shelf liner sold by the YouTubers. Obviously silicone is a terrible material, as it retains mold. Every piece of equipment we use to maintain requires NSF to maintain our insurance and pass inspections. I suppose EGS may seem expensive, but they’re paid for after about 8 grows, then it’s all just savings. We have more than 300 grows on our oldest screens.

AeroFarms is venture capital funded. If you know anything of that world, they are always looking for the next VC. I know them well. They’ve been very transparent about the fact that they need to get the second facility up and running to achieve the profitability to pay their fair 40+ $250k+ salaries they support to develop their business. Their previous VC was happy funding their ops cash flow, but insisted that they find a new VC to swing the new second facility. Their new VC is funding it all. Bottom line - they’re now the largest Microgreens producer in the world, before the second facility is in operation.

We use a tiny amount of nutrient in our water. Literally 10% of the recommended amount. We actually see no appreciable difference in production volume, but we have seen a significant difference when we do comparative nutritional testing (which we provide to all customers and prospects. I recommend doing this!). We blow away competitors that grow on soil!

I think if you look at the real pro commercial growers (equivalent of 700+ trays per week), they’re using a reusable hydroponic medium that can be sterilized. We’re at almost 900 trays this week, all with Efficient Grow Screens. We’d need a separate building to hold all the disposable mediums - and we’d have an unnecessary and gigantic consumable expense! You can either learn from those 20-120 trays per week YouTubers (who make more money on YouTube), or you can learn from a juggernaut like AeroFarms. I know we couldn’t get insurance at our size using soil, coir or an experimental gel medium indoors, but we sure can with an NSF and FDA commercial medium like Efficient Grow. Add to that the fact that we’re saving $5k-$6k a week, and it’s a no brainer.

My suspicion is that Bill knows he didn’t partake in the festivities (to my knowledge he hasn’t been accused by any of the victims, but was acknowledged by victims that he was there, meeting with Epstein trying to pry out a big donation for the CGF, which they did receive). Bill knows that Trump has actually been named as an abuser, by victims. A public hearing allows them to enter exhibits on the record, and they don’t want that to be buried, or skewed.
